Wi‑Fi のパスワードはどこにありますか？Where can I find the Wi‑Fi password?▾
ルーター本体、またはお部屋の備品案内に記載しています。見当たらない場合はスタッフへお問い合わせください。It is printed on the router or in the in-room information. If you can't find it, please contact our staff.
お湯が出ません。There is no hot water.▾
給湯器リモコンの「運転」がオンになっているかご確認ください。電源を切るとお湯が出なくなります。詳しくは「給湯器」のご案内をご覧ください。Check that the "運転 (Power)" button on the water-heater remote is ON. Turning it off stops the hot water. See the Water Heater guide for details.
乾燥機で乾かせないものはありますか？Are there items I shouldn't put in the dryer?▾
ウール・シルク・革・防水加工・ゴム製品などは乾燥できません。詳しくは「洗濯乾燥機」のご案内をご確認ください。Wool, silk, leather, waterproof, and rubber items cannot be dried. See the Washer / Dryer guide for the full list.

利用方法How to use
- 洗濯物を入れるLoad laundryドアを開け、洗濯物を入れてください。乾燥容量は最大4kgです。Open the door and load. Drying capacity is up to 4 kg.
- ドアをしっかり閉めるClose the door firmly「カチッ」と音がするまで確実に閉めてください。Close until you hear a click.
- 洗剤を投入するAdd detergent
- コースを選ぶSelect a course
- スタートStart「スタート」ボタンを押すと運転が始まります。Press "Start" to begin.
- 終了Finish

乾燥できないものItems not for drying
以下のものは乾燥しないでください。衣類表示をご確認ください。Do not dry the following. Always check the care label.
- ウール製品・シルク製品・革製品Wool, silk, leather
- 防水加工された衣類・ゴム製品Waterproof garments, rubber items
- ビーズや金属装飾が多い衣類・熱に弱い素材Items with beads/metal decoration, heat-sensitive fabrics
禁止事項Prohibited
- 漂白剤・粉末洗剤・ジェルボールを投入しない（故障や詰まりの原因）Do not add bleach, powder detergent, or gel packs (causes clogging/failure)
- 毛の長い製品を洗わない（故障の原因）Do not wash long-fiber items (causes failure)
- 靴やスニーカーを洗わない（破損の原因）Do not wash shoes/sneakers (causes damage)
- 油や溶剤が付着したものを乾燥しない（食用油・機械油・ガソリン・シンナー・アルコール類・オイル付着タオルは火災の原因）Do not dry items with oil/solvents (cooking oil, machine oil, gasoline, thinner, alcohol, oil-soaked towels — fire hazard)
- 無理にドアを開けない（運転中は安全のためロック）Do not force the door open (locked during operation for safety)
- 洗濯機の上に物を置かない（落下・故障の原因）Do not place objects on top (falling/failure hazard)

詰め込みすぎない／ポケットの中身（ティッシュ・コイン・鍵）は事前に取り出す／ファスナー・ボタンは閉める。運転中に異音やエラー表示が出た場合は無理に操作せずスタッフまでご連絡ください。Don't overload; empty pockets (tissues, coins, keys); close zippers and buttons. If you hear unusual noise or see an error, contact staff rather than forcing it.

- 👕 衣類を乾かしたいとき → 「乾燥」を押し、必要に応じて「運転時間」で時間を設定。To dry laundry → press "Dry", set "Timer" if needed.
- ❄️ 夏場に涼みたいとき → 「涼風」を押す。To cool off in summer → press "Cool air".
- ♨️ 冬場に浴室を暖めたいとき → 「暖房」を押す。To warm the bath in winter → press "Heat".
- 🌬️ 入浴後の湿気を取りたいとき → 「換気」を押す。To clear humidity after bathing → press "Ventilate".
- 🔄 常時換気したいとき → 「24時間換気」をご利用ください。For continuous ventilation → use "24h vent".

これはお湯を出すための機械です。電源を切るとお湯が出なくなるため、常につけっぱなしにしてください。This unit supplies hot water. Turning it off stops the hot water — please keep it switched ON at all times.
基本的な使い方Basic use
- 運転を開始するTurn on「運転」ボタンを押してください。ランプまたは表示画面が点灯します。Press "運転 (Power)". The lamp/display lights up.
- お湯の温度を調整するAdjust water temperature「給湯 ▲／▼」ボタンでシャワー・蛇口のお湯の温度を調整します。Use "給湯 ▲/▼" to set shower/tap temperature.
- お風呂を自動でためるAuto-fill the bath浴槽の栓を閉め、「ふろ自動(AUTO)」ボタンを押します。完了するとメロディーでお知らせします。Close the drain plug and press "ふろ自動 (AUTO)". A melody signals completion.
- お風呂を温め直すReheat the bathお湯がぬるくなった場合は「おいだき」ボタンを押してください。If the water has cooled, press "おいだき (Reheat)".

- 使用するヒーターの「スタート」を押すPress "Start" for the heater you'll use
- 「＜／＞」で火力を調整するAdjust power with "＜/＞"
- 調理終了後、「切」を押すWhen finished, press "Off"

高温注意ランプが点灯している間は、トッププレートに触れないでください。Do not touch the top plate while the high-temperature warning lamp is lit.

- 横にハンドルをスライドして開きます。Slide the handle sideways to open.
- 下のハンドルは反時計回りに回して開きます。Turn the lower handle counter-clockwise to open.

入浴後は浴室乾燥機の「換気」や小窓を活用して、湿気を逃がしてください。After bathing, use the bathroom "Ventilate" mode or the window to release humidity.
